EMERGENCY EXTENSION OF AL-MITHAQ SCHOOL, TAIZ, YEMEN

The Yemen is suffering the biggest humanitarian crisis due to war, COVID-19 pandemic and poverty. The war has destroyed many school buildings and consequently a large number of school students or enrolled in small campuses. This is exactly the situation of Al-Mithaq School of Al-Miskarah, Taiz due to a man-made crisis. The three classroom school with 22 teachers is forced to teach 1,190 (650 boys and 540 girls) students from the first to the ninth grade. Many classes are being run under the sky without any protection from sun, rain, severe cold in winter or winds. The increased human suffering and drop out from school (especially girls) is decreasing the quality of education.
The community of Al-Mithaq school requested us to help them to build of more classrooms. Fortunately, the space is available for extension.

2020 – APPEAL TO THE PRIME MINISTER OF PAKISTAN

FOR THE ATTENTION OF HIS EXCELLENCY IMRAN KHAN, PM OF PAKISTAN

COMPLAINT TO THE PRIME MINISTER OF PAKISTAN CONCERNING MISCONDUCT COMPLAINT AGAINST AC HAZRO MALEEHA IESAR and HER ACCOMPLICES.

It can be seen through the judgement of the Chief Court of Punjab in Civil Appeal No. 1195 of 1897 decided on 22-03-1901 and that of Civil Appeal No: 516 of 1912 decided on 30-06-1913 by the Divisional Judge, Attock Division, Campbell Pur concerning 6 Kanals 15 Marlas of Dry Dhan/Pond belongs to my grandfather  (vide Annexure “1”) and now we are descendant owners. Malik Amin Aslam, the Advisor to PM is misusing his Governmental influence through AC, Naib Tehsildar, Gardawar and Patwari to grab this piece of land. I am one of Founder Trustee of Sameera Foundation and want to use our ancestral piece of land for construction of a Free Education Welfare Institute of Information and Technology for boys of Chach area to increase their chances of employment and livelihood. A part will be used for construction of a welfare park in memory of my late father for children and youth of Shamsabad,

Malik Amin Aslam is misusing the powers entrusted by you on him in “RIASAT E MADINA”. He is trying to grab our piece of land illegally through misconduct of AC, Naib Tehsildar, Gardawar and Patwari. Unfortunately, he wants deprive the poor boys and girls of Chach to gain technical skill and increase their chances of employment.

I have already constructed “Sameera Welfare Institute” in Shamsabad for imparting skills to orphans, widows and poor girls of Chach region to increase their chances of employment.  Sameera Foundation, a philanthropic organ, doing immense charitable work in Chach region since 2012. We provide educational support to students and schools; disability appliances and medical treatment; reduction in poverty through free food packs, distribution of Qurbani meat and street Iftars including empowerment to poor girls and boys through free technical skills.

May I request your Excellency to look into this matter urgently to prevent Malik Amin Aslam and let us use our ancestral piece of land for philanthropic work by construction of a Free Education Technical Skill Centre for boys and a recreation Park for our young generation.

I am formerly Professor of Mechanical Engineering and performed educational, research and consultancy services in the Universities of UK, Brazil, Iraq including GIK Institute, Topi, Pakistan. I am recipient of many awards and honours from universities.  We want to make our ancestral village Shamsabad a welfare model in Chach region.  We want it to be a HUB of Information Technology and modern skills to increase chances of employments of poor boys of Chach.  It hurts us to note that while we are working hard, your Advisor Malik Amin Aslam is misusing his position to grab our ancestral piece of land to deprive the development of people in “RIASAT E MADINA” and misrepresent the “Naya Pakistan”.

The full details of the case are prepared by my brother Engr. Jameel Malik and available on the following link:
